I am a prepaid account holder,using the $50 plan with 8GB of data w/an extra free 7GB each month (15GB total). My hotspot has been working just fine until today. When I went to turn my hotspot on, the following message came up:
If you would like to subscribe to Mobile Hotspot/Mobile Broadband Connect, call: ...... it gave a Consumer and Business number to call
According to my account, I have 13.98 GB of data left. And as stated previously, my hotspot has worked just fine up until a few minutes ago.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
