Just lost 50 dollars need help badly!

So I was on the prepaid smartphone plan, 60 dollars a month for unlimited text, talk an 500mb of data. Well I guess I didn't have the 60 in my account an it couldnt renew it. Well I changed back to the plan before that I had the 50 dollar plan. An it took the 50 dollars but it is still charging me for text. I am more than lost on what I should do. I am just gonna turn off the phone for the night, An try to figure it out in the morning, but Im not sure who to call or talk to. Then what they will do or what they will be able to do to help me. If anyone has had this issue please let me know an tell me what I can do to fix it.

You can't use the $50 plan with a smartphone. It's pretty clearly stated.
