If I switch from a Verizon month-to-month postpaid plan to prepaid, will the final bill for the postpaid be adjusted to pro-rate the final month?

I have been month-to-month for more than a year on a post-paid plan and would like to switch to a prepaid plan because it suits my needs and costs about half as much. Should I wait until the end of the current billing cycle to switch, or will Verizon pro-rate my final month of service so that I can switch at a more convenient time during the middle of a billing cycle?

Good evening DAWg134! I understand your cost concerns and your desire to switch to a prepaid plan! We now have single line postpaid plans http://vz.to/1d0wrWV starting at $60. What plan do you currently have? Should you decide to switch to a prepaid plan, I recommend doing it at the end of your bill cycle.
