How can I get credit for my $35 card but shows no balance increase?

I received no credit and now my account tells me that the number I endtered is an invalid pin #...

If it is a prepaid account on the monthly 35.00 plan, and you make a 35.00 payment, you are suppose to have a 0.00 balance. If you dont have any issues making calls, the pin has been used and will tell you it is invalid.
