Is there a reason why you are telling us? On a peer to peer forum? When you signed up, it didnt say "this is the link to customer service". Therefore, use the cell phone that you have, dial *611, and politely ask for your account number, and prepare to be "saved". Or diall 1-800-922-0204 and expect the same. Sorry youre leaving.

Your account number is also on your bill. It can be found by signing into your MyVerizon account online.

A peer to peer forum won't have this information.

Note that the OP DIDN'T say "tell me my account number"  He asked how to get it.  And he did indeed get two replies telling him how to do it, even if both replies said a peer-to-peer forum wouldn't be able to help!

I ended up having to call and poke my way through voice mail to get it. It is not available to prepaid users except by calling. TY

Wouldn't you think it might have been a good idea to mention that you are a Pre-Paid customer in your original post? The answers could have been tailored to that type question. Pre-paid customer service is a different number.
