Do I Get A Refund For The Amount Of Service I Don't Use?

I ported my pre-paid service at Verizon to Tmobile on 1/17/2017. I paid a bill on 1/9/2017 which its cycle ends on 2/6/2017.

How do I get a refund for amount that is not used from 1/17 to 2/6?

I have paid $50.88 for the billing cycle so I would need 50.88 x (18/31) = $29.54 as my refund.

After dialing the Prepaid Customer Service Toll Free Number 888-294-6804, select 1-English, enter your 10 digit mobile number, select 2 - "continue to the main menu", select 4 - "Questions or change something", select 6 - "Store locations or Billing questions", then 4 - "Customer Service Representative".

If I'm not mistaken prepaid is non-refundable.
