I have been charged $30 a month for quite a long time and cannot get through to any human customer service person - spent many hours trying.  What else can I do?  I have, like others tried all three numbers to reach a service rep, but have reached no human.  Any solutions?

What?... I'm not even a Verizon customer and I got through today to warn them of a scan going on... in fact that's the only reason I'm on here now... thought I'll stick around for a bit...lol

BTW.. why would you want a plan or a contract?.. they are all a rip off

Look no further, help is here tcfrench! Fill us in on the details and we'll get this issue finally resolved for you! Have you ever had Verizon service? How is the charge listed on your credit card/bank account statement? Do you know anyone that may have access to your banking information that has Verizon service?
