Can't add payment method

I signed up for a prepaid plan last month and now I am trying to setup an autopay.

I tried to add my debit card as an autopay payment method but it keeps showing "You cannot add any more funds to your account this monthly cycle." message to me and the card is not being added to my account as a payment method. Why can't I add my card as a payment method?

What is your phone number, your phone's ICC ID aka SIM number and your account PIN.

I have the same problem, all of my cards got the below message.
 
"Error You cannot add any more funds to your account this monthly cycle."
