Hello. I have not been able to send text messages or make phone calls. I get a restricted Verizon message with announcement 24. I was on the phone with Verizon tech support fir 3 hours.

Hi, Nickjb12, are you still having telephone problems? Have you reset the Network Settings since this began? Also, please try turning off your device, removing the SIM Card for 2-3 minutes, then reinserting the SIM Card, then try to place a call, okay?
