Loss of channel 12 on Fios TV

I have been trying to get through to Verizon Fios to voice a complaint about losing channel 12 as of the first of the year. At first I was able to live stream and then that was blocked as well. My bill has not decreased but my channels have. What is being done to correct this situation. A very dissatisfied customer. Is it time to look elsewhere for a mobile, internet, and cable provider?
