I thought I was clear when I told the rep I was interested in a stronger signal not more time.  I just received notice that my time is almost at 90% and I just received a modem in the mail.  Is this even possible? I have two computes with my husband and myself we have a modem; it is not a phone is it possible that they charge time on your computer; please tell me that this is not the truth and I was not misled.

A modem?  Is this for landline internet or wireless broadband?

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

What do you do on your 2 computers

Here is a link that categorizes the type of data usage you will use for certain activities maybe it can shed some lights on your usage.
