Several people on my new network extender are making calls, but it is connecting to the wrong number. Also, occasionally getting all circuits are busy. Can anyone help with this?

Sometimes it can be caused by blocked ports through your router, or it may not be provisioned correctly on our end. If everything looks ok, try power cycling all three devices: Modem, router, and network extender. This may help clear out these issues. Let us know if this helped!
