usage allert not showing for messages

I've been checking my Message usage from my account for both phones on plan but currently I'm only seeing usage for my phone for the day and not the other cell phone. His hasn't updated since yesterday but mine has been showing up all day, why is this?

Also I signed up for mobile sharing online, so my messages can come to computer but does the other number on account see my messages too or just the account owner?
