Hello.

I am trying to suspend my service, but I cannot do it, even though my suspending service does not exceed 180days.

Would you let me know how to suspend my service,please?

Only 90 days at a time, up to maximum 180 days in a year.

You can suspend your service for up to 90 days at a time. Up to 180 days in a physical year without billing. You can suspend the line with billing for as long as you want. If you submit for a suspension, you cannot un suspend a line on the same day.

Do you have a source for this?  The FAQ state the time rules are the same for suspend with or without billing.

I searched the same page.  I was unable to confirm:  "If you submit for a suspension, you cannot un suspend a line on the same day."

I can clarify! You can suspend and reconnect on the same day.There is no limit if you are suspending with billing.  I hope this clear this up.
