I spent 30 minutes with an online rep who convinced me to get a new iPhone 6S and cheapen my plan by $4o...when I followed the prompts it wouldn't allow me to checkout....was told to contact customer service....did and rep had no idea about the plans the previous rep offered....further examination by second rep contradicted everything the 1st offered....messed up waste of time stuck in a contract.

The original rep was able to complete your order for you when they made the offer? Also, what plan were you originally offered?
