Looking to find out the reasoning as to why my phone bill keeps going up each month?

it went from $366- in May, each month it has gone up and now it's showing me next months bill will be roughly $385-, a $19 difference.

Have you compared your bills side-by-side to see what's changed?  Have you reviewed price changes that may be noted toward the bottom of your bill statement?  Taxes/surcharges are subject to change quarterly.
