I know we are in a rural area, but when I started my Verizon account last Dec., I had service probably 50% of the time.  About 2 months ago, I started getting strange messages about my Verizon Sim card and "unable to download."  I visited 2 separate Verizon wireless stores and they verified that something was wrong. One rep I spoke to by land line told me that my phone might have a defective  antenna.  I have gotten no resolution to my problem, including not having roaming data either. In my plan I am paying for 2 gb of data.  PLEASE HELP. I want to use phone and texting.
