I have been trying to get a customer service rep to chat for 20 minutes! I have never had such a wait time to chat with customer service at any company. What is up Verizon? I would happily email my question but you don't appear to have an email for custome service. For the price of the services that Verizon charges one would think they would have better customer service options!
I waited 40 minutes the other day.. been trying for almost a week now just to,upgrade my two phones... given a deal, taken away, given again and paid for, taken away again... canceled the upgrade.. still can’t get a straight answer on the next resolution... even with everything noted and documented in the chat logs and on the account notes by phone reps.... time to leave after 15 years
