So I'm needing my 5th warranty device now because every (cleaner) phone I get is worse than the last. From issue to issue on a 350 a month bill.. why can't verizon just upgrade me to a newer model on their dime? It really sick to have a phone that never works when u travel for work.. my local verizon retailer tells me to call customer service that they WILL put me into newer phone since I've had so many issues.. I'm to the point of just saying screw it.. why should I beg for a phone that works while paying 350. A month?? Anyone else have this issue?
