Define "Good Working Conditions" for us if you will.....because if a system update screws up the performance of the phone and its overheating you mean to tell me that I'm going to get dinged and cant EDGE up because an OS update screwed up my phone???

I always replace mine via warranty.  Have done so 3 times so far.  But then, my battery wasn't damaged.

That's what I did this time....but my battery wasn't damaged either...time will tell if Lollipop wrecks this phone too....

Sprint's coverage is not as good. I would have left Verizon already if there were any good options.
