I.ve been with verizon since I bought my 1st flip phone in the 90s. 20something years later there was an issue with a payment. Now I have to drive to a brick and mortar store to pay. Thanx Verizon for treating newbies better than long time consumers!!!

Have you reached out to the financial services department at 866.266.1445 to discuss the issue and see if they can look at your payment history to determine if you could be removed from the cash only status. However if you have a history of consistently paying late, the cash only status might be justified.
