I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your mobile hotspot this month. On our Beyond Unlimited plan, once you reach 15GB of mobile hotspot data, you are reduced to 3G speeds for the remainder of the month. As Ann154 mentioned, if you have another device available, you could use it for additional 4G mobile hotspot. Another option would be to add a new hotspot line such as a jetpack to your account.
