disconnected line

I accidently disconnected my phone line. my jetpack still works but now I can not access my account. since that happened I some how linked the jetpack to that same email hoping the account info would show And nothing. can't get thru to customer service and when I do they flip me around like a rag doll between departments. really wondering if I should just switch carriers being i lost over 100 dollars with this mistake ontop of not having phone service for a week now because no one seems to be able to understand what is going on. so how can I reconnect a phone line that was disconnected a week ago? I've already searched hour and followed all the steps. I've emailed with no response and jumped through every hoop as far as signing in. can't find account number on any email.

Are you able to log in to your account, website or My Verizon mobile app?  The account number is displayed there.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...
