I just relented and used the myverizon app. I can confirm this is browser independent. Internet Explorer 11, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge all have the same problem.
I can also confirm that the chat assistant is worthless when trying to report a website issue.
It is beyond reasonable to expect VerizonWireless to have a good form test program that includes testing critical functionality before subjecting customers to any new code.
