Yes, add data for current month (aka billcycle) - recommend back-dating to beginning of current bill cycle to avoid prorations.

Once data upgraded, submit a 2nd change to remove/reduce data at the beginning of your next bill cycle. This is a future dated order.

Once data upgraded, submit a 2nd change to remove/reduce data at the beginning of your next bill cycle. This is a future dated order.
