billing issues!!! Autopay is paying, Verizon accounting says it is not

I have prepaid on autopay, it refills, monthly, but I get service suspensions for nonpayment, account ending 8379. I cannot get an email to you, I cannot create a chat, the phone line disconnects, wnet to the store, last night and a Verizon employee was on hold for an hour - what is it with Verizon, easy to start an account, but don't ever ever have any issues with the billing
