Worst experience ever purchasing a phone from Verizon

I have spent the last three days dealing with errors and disjointed processes in trying to purchase a phone online from Verizon. I tried it online to socially distance from visiting a Verizon store and that was the first mistake. Just the attempts to talk with a real person were absolutely frustrating, the A.I chatbot is worthless, and when I finally was able to reach a real person they weren't able to resolve the issues. An all-around mess and it is making me think very seriously about changing carriers from Verizon Wireless.
