So I ported my google number to a new verizon account about 3 weeks ago. SUDDENLY my account was suspended. I couldn't get help via chat online, they kept sending me an autobot to go to billing. However my account showed paid! I even checked my AMEX acct to make sure it posted. So, I tried calling from my phone, would put me on hold and hang up. THEN I finally called from office phone...and I KID YOU NOT, they say "the reason your account was suspended is that you didn't answer a call from the verizon financial folks to verify your account". WHAT???? First, I never GOT that call. I'll most likely switch to another carrier. This is the SAME garbage from verizon that I've encountered in the past.
