Wishing I had NOT switched to Verizon

I am really wishing I had NOT switched to Verizon! stores closed and web-site is horrible.  Started setting up before Covid at a store. I was told I had to get a new phone because iphone 7 would not work on Verizon. New phone was set-up wrong at store, should have been set up as a trade-in with discounts but they processed as new phone with no trad-in, many issues with that.  They finally gave me credit, but not as much as I should have received and won't take the credit off the phone. Now find out they have a special offer for iphone 7?  Why did they make me purchase a new phone?  There was NOTHING wrong with my phone.  Now trying to add phone lines, but keep getting kicked out of the Verizon site. Just very disappointed, as much as I hate AT&T, wish I would have stayed with them.
