LOIALL1, an employee discount is significant. I understand your concern as I would wonder why my discount wasn't applied as well. As tikibar1 mentioned, discounts do need to be validated from time to time. You can re-enroll for your discount by going to www.verizonwireless.com/discounts and entering your mobile number or My Verizon ID in the Existing Verizon Customers section to get started.
