@Please excuse my ignorance, but all of a sudden, my line is the one going over the data usage limit and I don't understand why, aside from using Facebook, which I've been using all along. I would have thought the overage would be due to my son.
I don't think I'm doing anything different.
I also find the plans to be confusing. I thought with the new Edge plan, I would be saving money, but I'm not.
I'm paying way too much for a phone plan, even with my discount.
What the heck am I doing wrong? Do I need to sign out of facebook each time or is there a way to clear it?????

Login via http://www.vzw.com/datautilization for an excellent new tool to get an idea of where your usage has been going! May I ask what exact plan are you on? How many lines do you have and how many are on Edge?
Check your Facebook settings; they recently changed the video to auto play and unless you set it to ONLY autoplay the video over wifi, or not to auto play at all, Facebook can use a lot of data quickly.
