Don't count on too much help. I even corresponded repeatedly with an Executive Vice President of Verizon several times, and he/they still "dropped the ball" after making promises just like the Verizon workers at the lower levels.... it's rather pathetic. And I've been with Verizon close to 20 years! (Their customer service "used to be" the best, but not anymore...)
