Why do I have no service if my bill is paid?

Brand New S8...everything was going well...now no service.  Bill is paid, did all the troubleshooting, and now, no service.

We are sorry to hear about the situation at hand. We want to make sure you are able to use your services. Are you still having issues? Have you checked your My Verizon to see if your account is good? Is your device a new device? If so, has it been activated?
