I switched to paper billing so I could have a printed history each month. My bill shows all calls made on all lines on my account. Awesome. However, text history is not included. My former carrier provided this info on my monthly bill for which I paid $5 a month. I don't mind paying but have been told I cannot get text info on my printed bill. Why can't I? I'm considering going back to my former carrier so I can once again have all the info I need each month. Text history is shown online on My Verizon but I don't have a printer and downloading PDFs each month is a pain and takes up phone space.

When it comes to the message history for texts on your account, this information will only be able to be provided to the Account Owner online via the My Verizon account. This is set up as a privacy measure for our Verizon Wireless customers to prevent this information to be seen by any unwanted people that can gain access to the paper bill.
