Why can't I confirm a device change?

Trying to switch my phone through My Verizon account. When I get to Confirm Changes... it will not confirm.

Are you switching from smartphone to smartphone? If so, simply take out the SIM card from the old phone and put it in the new phone if they are the same size. That should complete the change.

Otherwise, you may have to call CS if you cannot get the website to work. They should be able to complete the confirmation if you are switching SIM cards or going from basic phone to smartphone.
