Why can't I add a ringback tone to my second device?

I am trying to add a ringback tone to a second device thru My Verizon but when I go to said device and try to get a tone, I always goes back to my primary device. Any advice?

Each line needs its own My Verizon log-in credentials for line-specific things like Cloud and ringback tones.  Are you logged in with the second device's credentials?
