During my transition to the unlimited the review page told me that our line access fees would Be $15. Then I hit confirm and then the confirmation page stated the same thing so I saved a Pdf of it.
When I calll in I am basicallly told to bad even though I have proof. I have been a customer over 8 years and have nine lines on the plan. I can't believe i am being treated like this. I have talked to over 10 people now. Verizon should honor what they quoted even if it was a error. It's literally $5 per line come on Verizon. Are you willing to lose 9 lines over $5 a line.
Can I please get this taken care of? AT&T is looking better and better every day.

It's because the price of thenolan is published for all to read. The published prices trump a computer error.
And yes, Verizon is fine with losing you. They are still the best network and they know it.
