Why Doesn't The Credit I Was Promised Show On My Bill?

We upgraded to new flip phones on 8/3/17. Spoke with Carrie, CSR and negotiated waiver of phone and upgrade fees of $169.58. My online bill DOES NOT show the credit and now forces me to CALL AGAIN TO GET CORRECTED. I called Raleigh CSR on 8/16/17. He assured me that the credit WAS applied to my bill and there was no additional balance.

So, why doesn't my on line bill show what I actually need to pay MINUS the applied credit??????

FRUSTRATING!!!!

Verizon only issues bills once a month, so for example if you had a bill dated 8/5 with upgrade charges, and a credit was applied to your account it would be viewable on the next bill (9/5).
