We upgraded to new flip phones on 8/3/17. Spoke with Carrie, CSR and negotiated waiver of phone and upgrade fees of $169.58. My online bill DOES NOT show the credit and now forces me to CALL AGAIN TO GET CORRECTED. I called Raleigh CSR on 8/16/17. He assured me that the credit WAS applied to my bill and there was no additional balance.
So, why doesn't my on line bill show what I actually need to pay MINUS the applied credit??????
