Why Can't I See All The Devices On My Account?

We have 3 devices on the account:

5065-Steve

5066-Lisa

5067-Steven Jr

Why is Lisa's device the only one visible on the online account?

Only the login for the Account Owner can sign the information on all of the lines on the account. It sounds like you are logged into an account member line.

AmmaAguiar, I apologize for any inconvenience not being able to see all of the lines on the account via the MyVerizon.com website. Ann154 is correct. The login for the Account Owner is the only one that can sign in and view the information for every line of the account.
