When can I upgrade on the Edge program?

If I am part of the Edge Up program and have paid off 50% of my phone and want to upgrade, do I have to pay full price for the new phone?

That's a great question klanger! Once you have 75% of your phone paid off in our Edge Program, you and Edge Up to a brand new device. This means that you can trade in your current device in good working order and start a new Edge Agreement for the new phone that you want.
