My phone will not charge what so ever. I've tried 4 different chargers and it will get to 10% then shut off. I took it to the Verizon store here and they were no help at all. What can I do, since I can't even use my phone?
If it is less than a year old Verizon can exchange it for a used device. Not new.
They send you another like device and you send the other one back call 1-800-922-0204 from another phone land line is nice or your work or school phone.
