If one phone is on unlimited, they all have to be if you want a single bill. Three lines on Start Unlimited will run you $165 before any discounts. 

Autopay + paperless will drop $30 from that. If someone on your account is military, first responder, teacher or nurse you'd get an additional $25 off.

Alternatively if you decide to split that plans, Start Unlimited for one phone is $80 before discounts. This bill could get $70 off with autopay. Military etc discounts for 1 line on unlimited is only $10 off. -- cheapest postpaid data plan is 5GB for $30 and $35 per line. Autopay rules apply to getting an extra $10 off per phone line.

To keep things simple..here is the total for each without discounts.

Single bill = $165

Sub account billing = $80 + $100 or $180 combined.
