What happened to 12gb and 16gb plan?

I switched from 16gb plan to the 8g plan for a month with intention of switching to the 12gb plan if the 8gb was not enough.

I can no longer find the 12gb plan or the 16gb plan available to me.

Is the next level past 8gb really unlimited?

That's  a $55 per month increase for me.

Everything I read stated I could switch back with no problem. Please advise.

Both plans might be available if you call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request it.

That was very helpful.although the 12gb plan is no longer available,  I was able to get back on the 16gb plan. I appreciate your response.
