So I have the total protection plan and I cracked my screen. Do I have to pay for it myself from an outside source or can I bring it to my local Verizon and get it repaired for free?

Another question I have is why am I paying a month ahead on my bill every month. It's making my bill in the 350s and it should be around 200... If you could get back to me it would be a big help.

Let’s ensure you’re able to replace your damaged device as quickly as possible.  It’s great news to hear you have protected your wireless investment with the Total Mobile Protection plan http://vz.to/1YNmv70.  This coverage includes the insurance coverage portion that allows you to replace your lost, stolen or damaged device through a third party insurance provider called Asurion.  You can easily file a claim online here: http://bit.ly/21cQ0Dd or by calling them directly at (Toll Free) 888-881-2622.

To address your concerns with your bill charges, all of our post paid wireless accounts are billed “month in advance”.  Let’s see why your bills are higher than expected.  Have you carried over a past due balance by the time your next bill prints?  Are you being charged for any type of overages?  Please let me know so that I can further assist.
