So I have the total protection plan and I cracked my screen. Do I have to pay for it myself from an outside source or can I bring it to my local Verizon and get it repaired for free?
Another question I have is why am I paying a month ahead on my bill every month. It's making my bill in the 350s and it should be around 200... If you could get back to me it would be a big help.
