I am dismayed by the total absence of customer support on Versizon's website. There used to be a way to login, then block calls and texts from specific numbers. Now, there is no trail that leads to answers about that. All I want to do is block a single number. Any suggestions how to do that? Thanks.
BTW, Verizon's online chat function now appears to be totally controlled by arificial intelligence. There is absolutely no human interaction on Verizon's end. What a horrible experience!!
