Verizon not allowing calls to go through

Why is it that Verizon phones cannot call certain numbers? You get a message that says “call cannot be completed as dialed” even though it’s a good number. Other phone services like AT&T and US cellular cellular can make the call with no problem

What phone make/model are you having the issue with?  How are you dialing those failing numbers?  From dial pad 10-digits or CC + 10 digits?  From a stored contact?  Anything in common with the failing numbers, e.g. carrier or phone types?

I have confirmed seven different Verizon cell phones that cannot call the number. We have tried punching the number in and calling from contacts. Neither work. The number can be called from an AT&T phone, a US cellular phone, and any landline.

Is it a business or personal number?  Cell phone or land line number?  What carrier or service provider owns the number?

Ensure that you're able to receive calls from all numbers is very important, PHIADA46. So we're on the same page, is it your number that is not receiving the incoming calls? Are you able to call the numbers from your phone and can you send text messages to these numbers? - GregL_VZW
