I have spent 3 days this weekend trying to get a new phone upgrade and add another line to my account and today I almost finally achieved that. Your customer representative canceled my order after I signed all the documents (4 times mind you) to order my new note 10 plus and a new line. Then when I called Verizon back after being on Hold 3 times for 30 minutes each they refuse to give me the same deal.
I am very upset and I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
I need the new line and phone because I have a business and will most likely add more lines in the future. But Verizon needs to fix this for me first on your end or I'll take my business elsewhere.
