I just wanted to let everyone in the Verizon community know about the poor customer service I recently received from Verizon.

My April payment I accidentally typed $117, instead of $177.   For $60, that was less than 30 late, Verizon constantly send emails, and text threatened to shut off our service if we did not respond immediately.   It actually got to the point my husband could not make a phone call until we paid this bill.  Of course we paid the past due amount plus the current amount.
 
What I find so unacceptable is we have been customers for YEARS, and in these times to be threatened for $60 is appalling.
