The program changes are garbage. I lost a bunch of credits when the earning method was changed as my bill is a little over $600/month. And on top of that to have credits expire in 30 days, not even allowing for the rewards to change before having to select from the 4 or 5 items listed. Been a Verizon customer for 15 years, but other carriers are starting to look tempting.
I'm sorry you don't like the changes that were made to the Verizon Up program. We never want leave us. We appreciate your loyalty. We change the program often and add new rewards. I will lift your feedback up to our leadership team. What credits did you lose? Have you been able to redeem them in the Verizon Up program?
