I just called the number and they took my info, guy said he's not sure what their doing for us, but at least there's a chance of something if you call.
I am sorry that you are having issues getting to the smart rewards page. The Smart rewards program ended on October 31, 2017 and for this reason you may be having issues access that page. Click here for the Smart rewards FAQ page http://vz.to/2vl2vRx see #6. The new rewards program is called Verizon Up, see #1 on the link sent and click the hyper link that says “Verizon Up”. I hope this information was beneficial.

Wow, thank you for responding. Well not too much really happened as I was
very confused on how to move forward. My account was thoroughly jacked up
because my primary account was swapped around with an additional line for
my iPad. Which prevented me from making or receiving call for some time
before I was aware. I’m a new community member, but had been following the
thread. I wasn’t certain what number to dial until the rep left a number
but that was after the office had already closed. When I did call that was
confirmed. I very recently learned of this and I’m very disheartened that
Verizon would make such a change, that would basically leave their
customers with nothing after spending their hard earned dollars to
accumulate what were clearly “useless” rewards. I believe Verizon should be
obligated to honor those rewards through some form of compensation. Even if
it went to the reduction of our bill. That would be something. Especially
from a corporation that “we” have made an industry leader. I guess a better
question is what’s going to happen?

I lost hundred of thousand points. how can they do this. I might cancel my account and go somewhere else. Been with Verizon 20 years and have 4 lines. This is hOrrivle. Tried logging in and go a loop and err messages
I had a completely different issue. My company reimburses me for my bill, that we send straight to their billing address. So I received NO notices that the rewards program was ending. Whenever I tried to use points prior to the closing of the rewards, I got the same message, "Not eligible at this time."
TWENTY FOUR YEARS worth of points.. Thanks VERIZON.
The first rewards program for Verizon Wireless was only around for a few years like maybe 5 years not 24.
